At Face to Face Games, we want you to feel confident in your style. If your new fashion pieces aren't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase to ensure you look your best.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn, unwashed items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure a safe delivery.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from your email and securely tape it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to any authorized courier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
